How do I make a reservation ?

How it works?

1) Call or fill out the to submit a reservation request.
2) Before December 1st 2024 EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION accept $100 deposit to secure your seat per person, this deposit goes toward your balance, your balance has to be pay off 30 days prior departure. You will receive a confirmation payment via email and text message, with your balance each time you make a payment.

You can pay little by little, for those doing full payment you will get 5% discount.
3) You will receive full trip itineraries once finalized.
4) We recommend you to pay on time, trip has to be paid full 30 days prior departure and failings on full payments will be charge 1% daily of your balance

5) Your deposit secure your place with us.

Reservations, Deposits and payments:

Reservations: you may make a reservation tentatively by phone, but booking must be made through our pay-pal account or money order and check this is to ensure that you understand and agree to these terms.

A booking is not final until you receive a final confirmation from us.

Deposits: Registration starts from end October for Tour & Giro and mid December for Vuelta.

A deposit of $100 US dollars per person as Tourist and cyclist. Each time you make a payment Trip4Tour will send you payment confirmation with your balance via email and/or text message.

Full payment is due 30 days prior to departure.

The tour price is per person based on double occupancy and includes the following:

Guides (Staff)

Hotels 3 *** and 2** 1* depending regions and availability based on double occupancy

Food (breakfast)

Snacks (fruits, energy drinks, gel & water)

Transportation during your stay

Tours (Castles, Museums, vineyard)

If you want to travel in business class… its possible let us know, same for hotel if you want a private room as for both options you will be charge additionally.

your reservation cannot be confirms until we receive your deposit and it has cleared the bank.

As soon its cleared, you will receive email confirmation and/or text message with your balance owed.

Final Payment:

Final payment is due 30 days prior to tour departure.

We will remind you of your final payment date in advance and give you follow up.

A daily 1% late fee will be charge on all accounts

Last minute Bookings:

If you are booking a tour within 60 days prior of departure,

you must submit a complete payment.

We don't assure same price on last minute booking.
