Reservations, Deposits and payments:

Reservations: you may make a reservation tentatively by phone, but booking must be made through our pay-pal account or money order and check this is to ensure that you understand and agree to these terms.

A booking is not final until you receive a final confirmation from us.

Deposits: Registration starts last week of October when officials route is known for Tour & Giro and mid December for Vuelta.

A deposit of  $100 US dollars per person is required as soon as possible, this is to secure your spot. This deposit goes toward your balance. Each participant are free to make deposit when its convenient for them, Each time you make a payment Trip4Tour will send you payment confirmation with your balance via email and text message.

Full payment is due 30 days prior to departure.

The tour price is per person based on double occupancy and includes the following:

Guides (staff)

Hotels 2** and 3*** depending regions and availability based on double occupancy

Snacks (fruits, drinks & water)

Transportation during your stay

Tours (Castles, Museums, vineyard)

Hotel upgrade and single room option

If you want to travel in business class… its possible let us know, same for hotel 4**** or 5***** if you want a private room (single room) it will be an extra as for both options you will be charge additionally.

Group size are limited to 12 participants and not more than 14, which varies by tour.

your reservation cannot be confirms until we receive your deposit and it has cleared the bank.

​

As soon its cleared, you will receive email confirmation and/or text message with your balance owed.

​

Final Payment:

​

Final payment is due 30 days prior to tour departure.

We will remind you of your final payment date in advance and give you follow up.

 

FAILLING OF FINAL PAYMENT TRIP4TOUR WILL CHARGE 1% daily OF  YOUR BALANCE

Last minute Bookings:

If you are booking a tour within 60 days prior of departure,

you must submit a complete payment.

We don't assure same price on last minute booking.
